CHANGE - I have substituted some meat in recipes with beans and pulses

To use less meat in recipes such as chilli, bolognese, stew etc. and substitute with tinned or dried beans and pulses such as kidney beans, chickpeas and lentils. 

Why the contribution is important

Beans and pulses are cheaper than meat and are also healthy, filling options that can be stored easily and don't go out of date quickly.
