Make sure new houses keep the heat in

There are nice houses being built but it would be good if they were made to keep the heat in in the winter. They also get too hot in the summer so to make a house that sorts that out so chnage the padding in the house or something like that. 

We would all feel better in our houses as they would be a good temperature
