Shop on the bottom half of the village

A small shop would be so handy down toms town/ watts road way 

so many older generations in bungalows down that end most not fully mobile I've seen people who have to folk out taxi fair daily just to get milk it's a shame 

so many younger kids that just want to nip the shop for sweets but not quite old enough to walk down the busy village
